Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may apply on orders above a threshold as indicated on the website.

Returns: If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this is noted on the product page.

To start a return, email hello@kitmex.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
